As its name suggests, Sakurao Yuzu Rocks is a fruit liqueur made from the small Japanese citrus fruit harvested in the vicinity of the distillery in the Hiroshima region.
Slightly acidic and greedy, this liqueur expresses with sweetness notes of yuzu that match perfectly with all types of fruity desserts. You can also choose to enjoy it on the rocks with ice cubes or use it to enhance your cocktails.
Sakurao Yuzu Rocks has a 2-step manufacturing process : the distillation of an infusion of yuzu peel and the distillation of the infused peel to extract the essential oil of the citrus fruit and the maximum of flavors. At the end of the process, pure yuzu juice is added to enhance the intensity of the fruit flavors.
