Eikun Yuzu Liqueur is an alcoholic beverage made by the Saito Shuzo Sake House founded in 1895 in the Kyoto area.

Composed of ginjo sake for the alcoholic base, this liqueur has sugar, locally grown yuzu juice and a touch of distilled alcohol as ingredients. Its fresh and acidic aromatic profile is lighter and more subtle than that of a classic yuzushu usually made from shochu.

To be enjoyed chilled, with sparkling water and ice cubes, or as a cocktail ingredient, Eikun Yuzu Liqueur is ideal for an original aperitif inspired by the flavors of the land of the rising sun.

Délicieux, plus léger en goût que nigori yuzushu et donc plus « facile », parfait seul avec des glaçons et aussi dans un yuzu Spritz.

Le saké apporte une touche différente d'une liqueur classique. Un régal !
