Although the Sakurao Distillery is new to the Japanese whisky distilleries circle, it can draw on the experience of its founder, the Chugoku Jozo house with whom we have worked for years. Renowned for being teeming with natural wonders, it was in Hiroshima Prefecture that she naturally settled down.

Attentive to the various trends of the Western market, the family house has decided to invest in infrastructure allowing them to go beyond their local production. It must be said that their faith in their ability to revolutionize the world of spirits is unwavering ... and we understand them!

Rich in a unique heritage in the world, they demonstrate a certain ability to transform it and transcribe it into expressions that are each more precious than the next.
