Born from the collaboration between L'Atelier du Saké and the Wakaze brewery founded in France near Paris, this atypical sake represents the meeting between Japanese tradition and different flavors of the world.

Called "Ispahan Rose", this sake is the brewing of local spring water with japonica rice from Camargue to which are added to ferment together: lychees from Reunion Island, raspberries and buds of the delicate Ispahan rose grown in France.

L'Atelier du Saké, Takuma Inagawa the founder and President of Wakaze and Shoya Imai, the Toji or Master Brewer, offer you a sake characterized by a beautiful pink color and a magnificent rose fragrance accompanied by fruity touches of raspberry and lychee that spreads in the mouth during tasting. The umami of the rice from the south of France will coat the palate with sweetness and roundness.

Ideal for bringing a touch of originality to the aperitif, Ispahan Rose sake can also be wonderfully paired with creamy or chocolate-based desserts.

Founded in 2019 in Fresnes, near Paris, the young Wakaze brewery is the first French artisanal Sake House. Ambitious and creative, Inagawa san its founder had set himself the challenge of creating a sakagura at the gates of Paris to offer sakes brewed with the know-how of Japan and ingredients from France.
