Several times awarded with gold medals, Rihaku Shuzō brewery founded in 1882 produces Rihaku "Dreamy clouds" Nigori Tokubetsu Junmai a nigori sake which means unfiltered leaving the dregs of sake in the bottle.

This sake reveals a fruity aromatic profile accompanied by a soft, silky texture almost creamy on the palate, ending with a powerful finish. It should be served fresh and can be served with skewers of meat, smoked fish or cheese.
