Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai is an International Wine Challenge award-winning sake produced by Fukuchiyo Shuzosituated Brewery on Kyushu Island in southern Japan.
Sake reveals a light and fragrant character on the nose with aromas of apple, passion fruit and mango. On the palate, the aromas assert themselves until the balance to disappear in a clear and tonic final.
Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai is a sake to be drunk chilled and is a good accompaniment to fish dishes in sauce, but also to soft cheeses.

Located on Kyushu Island in the town of Hamamachi facing the Ariake Sea, Fukuchiyo Shuzo Brewery was founded in 1924.
Naoki Limori, the current owner and Master Brewer, because of his extensive knowledge in making ginjo sake, has created a wide range of ginjo sakes which he markets under the brand name Nabeshima.
