Kirin Jijoshu Vintage Junmai Jukusei Genshu is an aged sake made by Kaetsu Suzo Brewery founded in 1880 in Niigata Prefecture.
The maturation process will gradually soften the sake which becomes softer and has a golden color. Very expressive on the nose, it has a creamy texture on the palate in which aromas of caramel and ripe fruit (apricot, plum) are revealed.
To be enjoyed chilled, Kirin Jijoshu Sake 2021 goes particularly well with chocolate-based desserts and fresh fruit.

Fruité, gourmand, complexe. C'est un saké atypique.
