Our tasting experience of Hibiki 17 year old.

Beautiful golden color, slightly amber, the nose is full of sweet aromas of pear, quince and caramel. In the mouth the universe is still greedy with a predominance of strawberry and corn and a shy woody touch. The texture is very pleasant and the Hibiki 17 years old is quite soft. The finish is long and powerful with the strawberry that gently gives way to the syrupy touch of corn.
