The nose of the Misen Ginjo is fresh and floral, marked by subtle aromas of white flowers and apricot. On the palate, it is smooth and fruity, revealing flavors of apple and pear that add a gentle complexity. The finish is light and pleasant, with lingering notes of grains and green apple.
This ginjo sake is crafted exclusively from Hattan Nishiki rice, carefully polished to 60% to fully express the finesse of its aromas. With an alcohol content of 15.4%, it offers a balanced and harmonious flavor profile. The pure water from the Hiroshima region plays a key role in creating this light and soft sake, while the traditional brewing techniques of the Chugoku Jozo Brewery give it a unique depth. It is recommended to serve this sake between 10°C and 15°C to fully appreciate its aromatic richness, though it can also be enjoyed warmed to 40°C for a traditional Japanese tasting experience.
